What types of tile do you install?
Ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and glass. Each requires different setting materials and technique — porcelain and stone need specific adhesives, and natural stone needs sealing after installation.
What makes tile fail?
Usually the substrate. Tile needs a solid, non-flexing surface. If there is any movement in the floor or wall, the grout cracks and eventually the tile pops. We fix substrate issues before any tile goes down.
Do you do tile design or do I need to pick everything before you start?
You pick the tile. We can give input on layout patterns, grout color, and what works in the space, but material selection is yours. We need that nailed down before we start.
