What's Included
We handle all phases of new home construction from site prep through certificate of occupancy. Foundation, framing, roofing, mechanical rough-ins, insulation, drywall, finish work, and site work are all within our scope. We coordinate all licensed trades and manage the full permit process.

What is the difference between new home construction and a custom build?
In practice we use these terms to mean the same thing — a home built from scratch to your specifications. We do not build spec homes or developments.
Do you build on my lot or do you help with lot selection?
We build on your lot. We can give input on site-related considerations — setbacks, drainage, access — during the estimate, but lot selection and purchase is handled by you.
Can I make changes during construction?
Small selections and finish changes are normal and expected. Structural changes after framing is complete are expensive and can delay the project. We do a thorough pre-construction review to minimize mid-build changes.
