Kitchen flooring installation
Kitchen flooring needs to handle spills, foot traffic, and the weight of appliances without showing wear in two years. DK Dynamics installs hardwood, LVP, tile, and laminate flooring with proper subfloor prep so the finish actually holds up.
What's Included
We assess the subfloor condition before any flooring goes down. If there is flex, unevenness, or moisture issues, we address them first. Installation includes underlayment, transitions, and thresholds. We work around existing cabinetry or in tandem with a full kitchen remodel.
QuestionsCommon Questions
What flooring works best in a kitchen?
LVP is the most practical choice for most kitchens — waterproof, durable, and available in finishes that look like real wood or tile. Porcelain tile is excellent but harder underfoot. Hardwood looks great but requires more maintenance near water sources.
Do you remove the old flooring?
Yes. Demo and disposal of existing flooring is included in the scope. We assess the subfloor after demo before quoting final installation.
Can you install kitchen flooring without a full remodel?
Absolutely. Flooring replacement is a standalone service. We work around existing cabinets and appliances.
