What's Included
Scope includes site grading, base preparation, concrete or paver installation, or deck framing and decking. Covered patios and pergolas are part of our scope as well. We pull permits for decks and structures and handle all inspections.

Does a patio or deck require a permit?
Decks typically require permits in Kosciusko County. Ground-level concrete or paver patios generally do not. We assess permit requirements at the estimate.
What holds up better in Indiana winters — concrete or pavers?
Both hold up well with proper base prep. Pavers handle freeze-thaw cycles particularly well because individual units can flex. Concrete is lower maintenance but can crack if the base is not right. We give an honest assessment for your specific site.
Can you build a covered patio or pergola?
Yes. Covered structures are part of our general contracting scope. Permit requirements depend on size and attachment to the home.
