What's Included
We handle foundation work, framing, roofline tie-in, exterior siding and trim to match, insulation, drywall, windows, doors, flooring, and finish work. Electrical and HVAC extension is coordinated with licensed trades. We permit everything.

How long does a room addition take?
A single-room addition typically takes eight to twelve weeks from permit to finish, depending on size and complexity. Two-story additions or additions requiring significant foundation work take longer.
Can you match the exterior of my existing home?
That is the goal. We assess existing siding, trim, and roofing materials at the estimate and source matches as closely as possible. Exact matches are not always possible on older homes, but we get close enough that it reads as intentional.
What are common reasons people add a room?
