A whole-home renovation is a different kind of project than a single room. It requires a contractor who can sequence trades, keep the house livable throughout, and hold a consistent standard of quality from the first room to the last. That is what DK Dynamics does.
What's Included
We have completed full home renovations including gut rehabs, lake cottage conversions, and multi-room remodels across Kosciusko County. Scope is defined by the home and what it needs. We assess, plan, sequence, and execute the work as a single managed project.

Can I live in my home during a whole-house renovation?
In most cases, yes — with planning. We sequence work so at least a functional kitchen and bathroom are available at all times. For gut renovations, some phases require temporary relocation.
Do you do design as well as construction?
We are a design-build contractor. We can develop plans and help you make finish selections, or we can build from your architect's plans. We work both ways.
How do you price a whole-home renovation?
We walk the home, assess each room, and build a line-item estimate. Full renovations are bid by scope, not square footage. We do not quote whole-house projects over the phone.
