What's Included
Scope includes demo of the existing unit, subfloor inspection and repair if needed, tub setting, surround tile or panel installation, faucet and drain rough-in coordination, and caulking. We work with alcove tubs, freestanding tubs, and drop-in units.

Do you handle the plumbing for a bathtub install?
We coordinate with a licensed plumber for rough-in and connections. The finish plumbing — faucet, drain, overflow — is part of our scope. We manage that coordination so you do not have to juggle two contractors.
Can you convert a shower to a tub or add a tub to an existing bathroom?
Yes. This involves moving drain location in some cases, which requires a plumber. We assess feasibility during the estimate.
What surround options are available?
Tile is the most durable and customizable. Solid surface panels are faster to install and easier to clean. We recommend based on budget, how the bathroom is used, and what else is happening in the remodel.
