Getting Started
How do I get a free estimate?
Call us at (574) 268-4411 or fill out the contact form on our website. We'll start with a brief phone consultation to learn more about your project. If it sounds like a good fit, we'll schedule an on-site visit and provide a detailed written estimate. There is no charge and no obligation.
Do you give estimates over the phone or by email?
Not for most remodeling projects. Every home is different, and accurate pricing requires seeing the space in person. Smaller repairs or simple projects can sometimes be quoted remotely, but kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and larger remodels require an on-site visit.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Our schedule varies throughout the year, but quality remodeling projects are typically booked several weeks to a few months in advance. If you're planning a kitchen, bathroom, or major renovation, it's best to contact us as early as possible. We'll provide an honest timeline based on our current schedule.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a deposit before ordering materials and reserving your place on our schedule. The deposit amount, payment schedule, and project milestones are clearly outlined in your contract before any work begins.
Kitchens
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most kitchen remodels are completed in 4–8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Simple cabinet and countertop replacements can often be completed in 1–2 weeks, while projects involving electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, or structural changes typically take longer. Before construction begins, we'll provide a realistic project schedule and keep you informed every step of the way.
Can you change the layout of my kitchen?
Absolutely. We regularly redesign kitchen layouts to improve workflow, storage, and functionality. Moving plumbing, electrical, or gas lines may add time and cost, but we'll discuss your options and recommend the layout that best fits your home and budget.
Do you do just cabinets or countertops, or does it have to be a full remodel?
We do both. Whether you need new cabinets, countertops, flooring, or a complete kitchen renovation, we're happy to tailor the project to your goals. Not every kitchen needs a full gut remodel, and we'll help you determine the best approach for your home.
Do you install appliances?
Yes. While we don't sell appliances, we install customer-supplied appliances as part of your remodel. We'll coordinate any necessary plumbing, electrical, or ventilation changes to ensure everything is installed safely and functions properly.
Do I need to move out during a kitchen remodel?
In most cases, no. Many homeowners remain in their homes during a kitchen remodel, although you'll be without a fully functional kitchen for part of the project. We'll help you understand what to expect and work to minimize disruption whenever possible.
Can you help with kitchen design and material selections?
Absolutely. We can help you select cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, fixtures, lighting, and other finishes that fit your style and budget. Our goal is to create a kitchen that's both beautiful and highly functional.
Bathrooms
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels are completed in 3–6 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Larger primary bathrooms, custom tile work, or projects requiring plumbing or structural changes may take longer. Before work begins, we'll provide a realistic project schedule so you know what to expect.
Can I still use my bathroom during a remodel?
During a full bathroom remodel, the bathroom will be out of service. If you have another bathroom in your home, we'll coordinate the project to minimize disruption and get your new bathroom back in service as efficiently as possible.
Do you handle the plumbing?
Yes. We coordinate with trusted, licensed plumbing professionals whenever code-required plumbing work is needed. As your general contractor, we manage the entire process and install all plumbing fixtures as part of your remodel.
Can you do a tub-to-shower conversion?
Absolutely. Tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most popular bathroom remodeling services. We handle demolition, plumbing coordination, waterproofing, shower base installation, tile work, glass enclosure installation, and the finishing details for a clean, modern result.
Do you waterproof your showers?
Yes. Every tiled shower is built using proven waterproofing methods designed to protect your home from moisture damage. Proper waterproofing is one of the most important parts of a long-lasting shower, and we never cut corners.
Can you help me choose tile and fixtures?
Absolutely. We can help you select tile, vanities, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, and other finishes that fit your style, needs, and budget.

Working With Us
Do I need to be home during the work?
No. Many of our clients continue with their normal routines while we're working. Whether you're home during the day or simply provide us with access, we'll keep you informed and treat your home with the same respect we would our own.
What if I want to change something mid-project?
Changes happen, and we're happy to accommodate them whenever possible. Any changes to the scope of work are documented with a written change order outlining the impact on cost and schedule. No additional work is performed without your approval.
What happens if something is wrong at the end of the project?
Before we consider your project complete, we'll walk through it together and address any items that don't meet the agreed-upon scope of work or our quality standards. We aren't satisfied until you are.
How do you communicate during a project?
Communication is one of our highest priorities. We keep you informed throughout the project so you always know what's happening. If something unexpected comes up—which can happen in any remodel, especially in older homes—we discuss your options and get your approval before moving forward, not after.
How do you protect my home during construction?
We take jobsite protection seriously. Depending on the project, we use floor protection, dust containment, and careful daily cleanup to minimize disruption and help keep the rest of your home clean and safe.
Who will be my point of contact during the project?
You'll have a single point of contact throughout your project. If you have questions, concerns, or decisions to make, you'll always know who to contact. We believe clear communication is one of the keys to a successful remodeling experience.
